WHAT IS INCLUDED
Round Trip Air
Round trip airfare from Detroit to Punta Cana is included. Airline options are flexible through American, Delta, Southwest, Spirit and United Airlines. Air itinerary options are customized for each party traveling. Since air has not been contracted pricing and availability is subject to change until fully deposited.
Transportation
Roundtrip Transportation from Punta Cana Airport to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is included with each package. After clearing customs you will be greeted by your land coordinator which will escort you to your shuttle to the resort. This land representative will also coordinate your departure shuttle instructions.
Resort Room
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from standard Caribbean Suites with either 1 king or 2 doubles (max occupancy 4 adults) to the 3 bedroom Rock Family Suite featuring three connecting rooms (max occupancy 10 adults). Rooms are equipped with double hydra spa tub, Rock Spa® bath amenities, private bath, 55" LED TV, balcony with furniture, WIFI, 24 hour room service, MiniBar, digital safe, Turn down service (upon request), Selection of Guitars (PICKS program) available upon request.

Chaperone
All students must have a designated adult chaperone age 30 or older.*

Emergancy Contact
If parents or guardians are not traveling with their student an emergency contact will need to be on file.
Passport
A valid passport book is needed with at least six months before it expires past the return date.
Travel Insurance (recommended)
Travel Insurance is not required to travel but it is highly recommended. Please inquire for the insurance options with your package.
COVID-19
At this time a negative COVID-19 test is not needed to travel to the Dominican Republic. However this could change with the fluidity of the current pandemic.
